GENERAL INFORMATION
We continue to source new products for our website but if you can not find what you are looking for please and we will do our best to find the item for you.
Payment Methods/Options: Due to increased bank fees we now only accept payment via Paypal. Please do not send cheques or money orders from overseas, we can not accept these methods of payment.
We will email you if there is any problem with your order or the availability of any items. Please ensure that you register an email address that is checked regularly by you. We are not responsible for any information that is missed due to a delay in reading emails.
GUARANTEE
If the goods are faulty or incomplete you must email us within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. We will, at our discretion, either arrange for the goods to be collected or require that you return them to us securely and safely and we will refund any pre-agreed carriage costs. Please BEFORE attempting this, in order to receive a Permitted Item Return Number (PIRN)
If we have delivered your item and you are rejecting items that are not faulty, you must first to obtain a permitted item return number (PIRN). It is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own expense. You must keep the goods in good condition, in their original packaging, undamaged and complete. You must return any free gifts or special offers that were included with the order.
According to the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we are required to give you seven working days commencing from the day after you received the goods, in which you may change your mind and cancel the order. You MUST let us know in writing by letter, email, fax and we will refund your payment in full. The complete parcel must be returned including any free gifts or special offers.
If you are returning any items please remember to obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
If there is a problem with your order on receipt, please within 3 working days of receipt.
We use the safest and most efficient method of delivering your order but if your parcel arrives damaged please leave the parcel as it arrived, complete with the original packaging and immediately

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible depending on availability. As we offer a vast range of items, we may not always carry every item in stock. In this case please allow up to 10 working days.
If you wish us to deliver to a destination outside the UK mainland please We will advise you of the delivery cost and take your order manually if necessary.
Failed deliveries: Most couriers will attempt to re-deliver once. If there are any charges from the courier for third or subsequent delivery attempts, these charges must be passed on to you. DELIVERY CHARGES
For Mainland UK orders delivery is charged according to the size and weight of the items ordered. This is to save you money rather than charging a flat rate. Our minimum charge for delivery is £1.75. To keep the costs as low as possible, we will send heavier or bulkier items by the least expensive option available to us. Please add the item to your basket to determine the delivery charge.
NOTIFICATION
We will always send you notification via email as soon as your order has been received. We will also email you to notify you that you that your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your anti spam folder before you duplicate the order.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Customers under the age of 16 are not permitted to purchase any items from this website.

Some of the items on sale are not suitable for use by children. Please ensure suitable supervision is provided at all times. Some materials contain toxic or flammable substances. No art materials should be ingested or inhaled.
LIABILITY
Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us. We cannot be liable for any losses for your order not arriving on time, although we will do our utmost to ensure that goods do arrive on time and in good condition at all times.
